Lazy S.O.B. is one of Austin's
fastest growing independent labels. Founded in 1995 by musician David
Sanger, Lazy SOB has released music from a cross section of the Lone
Star State's musical talent. The label plans to continue producing
unique projects that fill a void in the musical landscape.
David Sanger is a four-time Grammy Award winning drummer, a songwriter,
engineer, producer and record mogul from Austin, Texas. Currently doing
the drumming chores for the western swing group Asleep at the Wheel, his
career has taken him from the smallest honky-tonks to performing for
audiences of 80,000 in territories as familiar as Austin to lands as
distant as Japan, Brazil and Czechoslovakia.
