1. Overview of the Sign-Up process

   Joining Audiogalaxy is a two-step process. In the first step you will provide your account information, including a working e-mail address. Next, a password will be mailed to the address you provided and you will then be able to continue the sign-up process during which you will provide more information about your band and upload your music and image files.

2. How do I upload my files?

   We offer three different ways for artists to get us their material. The first, web upload, is standard procedure for most MP3 sites out there. It's an easily learnable practice. The only drawback is that you can only upload one file at a time. The second option, FTP, is for the more advanced user with many files to upload. The third and final way is to simply send it to us by mail. Of course, this is the longest of the three methods. Go backstage if you're ready to create an account and upload your files. There you will receive specific instructions on each of the three methods.

3. I have uploaded all my files, why isn't my band on the list yet?

   Patience my friend. We check each band by hand to insure everything is correct before we add it to the list. If everything you provided was correct, than you should see your band on the page within 24 hours. If there were problems with your account, you will be put on HOLD for administrative purposes until you fix the problem and mark yourself READY again.
